At Surat Collection, we understand that you are excited to receive your order. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your ethnic wear reaches you safely and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing:

• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹3999.
• Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹3999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal handling fee of ₹50 may apply for COD orders, regardless of order value.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3 – 5 Business Days
• Rest of India: 5 – 7 Business Days
• Remote/J&K/North East: 7 – 10 Business Days

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our “Track Order” page or the courier partner’s website.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team directly via WhatsApp to check feasibility and shipping rates.

6. Non-Delivery Issues

Our courier partners will make three attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, the package will return to us. In such cases:

• Prepaid Orders: We will attempt to reship after confirming with you (additional shipping charges may apply).
• COD Orders: The order will be cancelled. Future COD service may be restricted for your account.
