Cancellation Policy

At Surat Collection, we strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

Since we process orders quickly (usually within 24-48 hours), we strongly recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel.

• How to Cancel: Please email us at suratcollection.mail@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 94118 24638 with your Order ID.
• Refund Timeline: Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours. The amount will reflect in your original payment source within 5-7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot cancel it.

In this case, you will need to receive the package and then initiate a Return Request. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed or processing has begun:

• Custom Stitched / Altered Items: If you have requested specific stitching (e.g., blouse stitching, fall/pico) or size alterations.
• Clearance / Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Non-Cancellable” during checkout.
