Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Surat Collection, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom Stitched Items: Suits or Lehengas where custom stitching, fall/pico, or alterations were requested.
• Accessories: Jewellery, dupattas purchased separately, or innerwear for hygiene reasons.
• Sale Items: Products purchased during Clearance Sales or marked as “Non-Returnable”.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at suratcollection.mail@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94118 24638 within 7 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID and clear images of the product.

Step 2: Approval & Pickup

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.

Step 3: Quality Check

Upon receiving the package, our team will inspect the product. If it passes the quality check (QC), the refund process will begin.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI. You will need to provide your bank details or UPI ID.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, we require an Unboxing Video to process the claim.
